Platform is very easy to setup, use and manage. The team behind is very kind and knowledged about what they do and offer. New ideas have a chance to be seen soon, roadmap is transparent.

Cons:

Like anytime it depends on the size of your audience, if it can fit. Also the kind of event is relevant for the choose.

more customer oriented features like that they decide themselves in which room they want. More networking-functionality. But it depends on the kind of events! Zoom is in this essential good for 1:x meetings.

It's flexible, easy to use, and generally offers a lot of adaptability

Cons:

the embedded conference tool (jitsi) has some major issues with external firewalls and overall stability, but they're working on it; customer support could be much quicker; the look should be overrun soon (it get's a little dusty)

A versatile solution for professional online events

We organized a series of online events for one of our clients (from the pharmaceutical industry). We used a whitelabel license of Veertly to have a fully branded interface and some custom features (e.g. our own support chat). Next to the set of useful features, what I liked the most was the overall support of the Veertly team. It was fast, reliable, helpful, friendly and always on the detail level I needed .

Pros:

Veertly allows to create a very open experience for the attendees of an online event. You can prepare multiple parallel "rooms" for talks, workshops, meetings, etc. and allow the guests to freely move between the offers and even set up ad-hoc calls (or even rooms) by themselves. Veertly is very flexible regarding the setup and categorization of your rooms and the integration of 3rd-party tools.

Cons:

An advanced e-mail template management: I really need to prepare multiple different templates for the different phases (invites, announcements, questions, follow-up, etc) for different audiences (attendees, speakers, organizers) - and those in different variants (e.g. language, tone, repetition). Veertly is not really helpful for this, yet.

The usability and especially the online support and the countless possibilities of use are to be emphasized.

Cons:

The interaction with augmented reality (AR) would be another great feature

Veertly can have your own look and feel, it has options for break out rooms and networking. Veertly is easy to use, and has some super nice features. Veertly is european, not so known yet.

Cons:

not so much, the UX could be even better.

Pros:

We and our participants of the event liked the usability during the event but also to set up the event in our very own style. We were able to do that predominantly on our own (were supported if needed by very great support).

Cons:

Actually not that much, maybe that it is best to use with Chrome but I was told that others work best on Chrome too.
