- Overall, Hubspot is a great tool for a $1m+ business that is looking to increase functionality in their business as it relates to customer service, lead acquisition and management, product delivery, taking payments, and more.
- Also, it is not the best for Email Marketing Campaigns for some reason that is beyond my understanding. If you compare that functionality, in my experience, Outreach (again, for some reason beyond my understanding) can send massive amounts of emails, without compromising the company's email domain.
- Fast, clean pipeline view; effortless lead capture from email/web forms; the Gmail add-on saves time; tasks and reminders keep our team consistent; mobile app is reliable at events.
- Limited advanced features compared to full-scale CRMs like Zoho CRM or Salesforce (may not suit very large enterprises).
