About Invoice2go

Invoice2go is an accounting management software designed to help independent contractors and small businesses create invoices/estimates, accept clients' payments and generate performance reports. Users can customize invoices by adding accreditation badges, layouts or brand logos and send them to customers via text, email or other messaging applications.

Invoice2go allows contractors to receive approvals on generated estimates, schedule appointments and store clients' information in the built-in database. Technicians can track the time taken to complete tasks and collect payments via credit/debit cards or third-party applications, such as Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Additionally, it lets users create, send and track purchase orders and organize captured expenses according to individual requirements.

Using Invoice2go, businesses can maintain a record of previous transactions and remind customers about due payments. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via email, FAQs and other online measures.

Simple and effective invoicing

It is a decent tool that does what it says. It helped me organize my billing, but I might look for cheaper alternatives in the future if the price goes up.

I really like how easy it is to create and send invoices directly from my phone. The templates look professional, and it helps me get paid faster. It is very user-friendly.

Cons:

The subscription price is a little high compared to other tools. Sometimes I wish there were more flexible options for the invoice design on the cheaper plan.

All in on place for projects, invoices estimates that can be converted to an invoice. Very user friendly. This product syncs with accounting software like zoho

Cons:

Always signs my self and my spouse and when you are trying to write a invoice and this is frustrating

Basic invoicing software but at a cost

I am a freelancer who doesn't have a huge number of clients and I use the platform to create professional looking invoices. While it's quick to use I don't find the features overwhelmingly good for the price.

Pros:

I like being able to use my phone to invoice while I am speaking to a client or directly afterwards. The invoices look professional. There are different payment options integrated which is useful.

Cons:

It can be a little expensive for a freelancer like myself who doesn't use it very often. It would be better to perhaps have credits per invoice rather than monthly billing.

The dashboard of Invoice2go makes tracking of payments and sending of invoices fast, so that our team manages client billing with minimal hassle. Everything in one place helps us keep the operations on schedule.

Cons:

Learning all the features took some time, and syncing team updates can be slow. Security is good, but tailoring access for a large team takes extra work and attention.

Pros:

It is easy to set up and use. The ability to use it on web, phone or tablet makes it a winner. So I can quote, invoice anywhere anytime. Invoice 2 go integrates with Xero which is very helpful for accounting.

Cons:

The product is not very customizable. It would be great to have "fit to page" functions when doing a estimate or invoice etc.

Easy Invoice for moblie at an affordable cost

I wanted to have access to a invoice system to in my phone . It was quick and easy . I put the information my businesses info is saved on the system and i generate my invoice. I love it customizable as every receipt doesnt need the same format.
