Complete contract work flow, with an awesome commenting system and integration into the Zoho CRM family.A number of templates are available as well.

Cons:

Pricing. A free trial or a cheaper option would be appreciated.

Lo recomiendo ya que es una funcionalidad más que viene muy bien tener dentro de la suite de zoho one.

Es una herramienta facil de implementar, con una funcionalidad crítica que es enviar contratos a tus clientes y hacer seguimiento y llevar un control y gestión documental.

Cons:

Para sacarle el máximo partido es recomendable conectarla a otras aplicaciones de Zoho one, solo esta herramienta por separado no es tan potente.

Good software to handle contracts

I use Zoho Contracts because it's integrated in the Zoho One suite. Therefore for the limited amount of contracts I need, it's a no-brainer. Not sure I would choose it if I were evaluating it as a standalone applicatoin.

Pros:

I like that it's fairly simple to setup, it's easy to understand and you have a Zoho Writer integration, so you can create rich text edits within your contacts.

Cons:

The software is as of this date still very new and has a few formatting issues that I escalated to the support. Also the Zoho Sign integration is not ideal as you have to manually add the signature field whenever sending a contract to Zoho Sign.

Pros:

Se puede conectar con otras herramientas vitales como CRM para que una vez llegues a un acuerdo comercial puedas enviar los contratos y hacer un buen seguimiento.

Cons:

Es una herramienta simple y su funcionalidad con los contratos es clara. Para sacarle el máximo partido sería recomendable utilizar otras aplicaciones de zoho, por si sola no está mal pero es realmente potente al conectarla con otras aplicaciones. Por lo que si solo buscas gestión de contratos sin nada más no creo que sea de las mejores en gestión de contratos.

Easy to use end-to-end contract lifecycle management platform. Integrates with Zoho Sign which is an e-signature platform. Also integrates with Zoho CRM.

Cons:

Not as intuitive as some other platforms.
