It provides sales call automation, call completion, email tasks and appointment scheduling to reduce time spent on repetitive tasks, so you can focus on selling. FunnelFLARE has tight integration with all the major CRM platforms, so there is no switching between applications.
FunnelFLARE captures your sales conversations by exporting call transcription information to the CRM. The appointment scheduler allows users to check time and date availability for meetings as well as send text and email reminders to prospects. It streamlines communication with prospects by way of automated drip campaigns and SMS responders, and the sales team can monitor the health of their sales pipeline by tracking email opens, link clicks, page visits and other engagement stats.

Good idea but needs way too much work to be ready to market

Pretty disappointed. Customer support was ok, deployment was a bit slow but the outcome was bad. The developer made a "MISTAKE" even when I explain many times that it was critical for me to be sure that it will not trigger the emails on the wrong date, still did. No refund offered, claiming that they did what they have for the service that I pay, but in reality, did not deliver what I paid.

Your main complaint was the result of issues with the deployment of a custom services job. I guess FunnelFLARE definitely has potential if you're using a CRM system such as Zoho CRM that is lacking sales enablement tools or a power dialer.At its current state, I didn't find it valuable enough to pay for it however.
