I can share my maps, either with a link or by exporting an image, I can export relevant data into excel for further data analysis, and the customer service is top notch!

There is no way to delete old maps created by people no longer with the company so we have clutter and mess making it very difficult to find the map we need.

Power BI provides good value with easy-to-use dashboards, rapid deployment, and a clean UI that enables our editors to view submission patterns, reviewer response time, and publication schedules with little training investment.

The customizability of the charts isn't as rich as in Excel or Tableau, and you need to understand how to model the data if you're dealing with multiple datasets and build relationships between them accordingly.
