We like that we can text customers job booking confirmations, send tech bios and satisfaction surveys.

They have charged us $530 a month for over a year and promised to cancel our service since they did not meet the expectations they promised. And they still invoice us.

I really like that they do a biannual check in just to make sure we are utilizing the Rater8 services we pay for to the best of our ability so we continue to like the product and receive great results.

Response time to answer reviews is limited to 30 days. If you can't respond within that timeframe then you won't be able to do so from rater8.
