Pros:

Orchestration with other tools spread across the IT environments and being managed by all set of teams, but needing single point of monitoring from where SOC team can visualize the information, is a game changer in the market. Additional lever the SOAR helps is adhering to process and SOPs with the help of response playbooks when an alert flows into the system.

Cons:

Initial setup (after deployment) can be a hassle and is a project in itself, but the fruits of the same are available further down the line, with automation saving bunch of effort.

SOAR - A future of cyber security automation and IRP

It's been good so far with SISA. Some drawbacks were identified however it's been identified by us and suggested for development, issues were fixed with instant support. Playbook designing part was good but can be improved bit more with the help of adding functionality to compare field values, adding more operators, and adding more utilities which are crucial in daily routine tasks. It was more about identifying the issues and learning the platform features instead working on it. However I would suggest for this tool with more implemented features. Loved it.

Ease Automation with Securaa SOAR

Till now we have got good support, and also the ease of integrations is good for supported tools. But we have developed couple of custom apps also with support from Securaa support team.

First of all the Ease of use and way of creation of playbook. Also the support is quite good compared to other tools. In any custom integrations, we have till now got good support.

Cons:

This tool is still developing but in recent times, I have seen quite a improvement. But I think in terms of accessing the tabs and Dashboarding still need some customizations and improvements. For new user it is quite confusing in terms of use. Also there should be some more utilities function be provided. Right now very less python modules are present.

Easy for Integration Light Weight Installation Product SOAR team always comes up with new updates including new features to tool which makes our role easy. Good support in case of any issues. If any suggestion shared for improvements or addition in tool, they try to get those features added. GUI is good & very user friendly. Compared to other SOAR tools in market, we found Securaa is more capable in terms of integrations for additional features and has more options for widgets.

Cons:

Nothing as such, it's fantastic tool in market currently.
