Pros:

I have worked with several scraping companies and lobstr has been the best to work with. We scrape millions of records every week, which inherently leads to some problems. The lobstr team is quick to address errors in the short term while innovating to prevent future errors in the long term.

Cons:

There have been times with the team moves slower than I would like but it certainly comes with great quality work and great customer service.

Fully managed solution combined with customer support. (Not as important but their UI makes the process easy to manage, check on status, and update.)

I liked that they have a lot of available scrapers, and that you can parse html to find emails automatically in the gmaps scraper

Cons:

The website was slow sometimes. It has gotten better, but it used to be bad. We would upload thousands of tasks, so it could have been our problem.
