I like how with ManageEngine Applications Manager I am getting insights into the applications availability and performance. With the help of dashboards, I am able to view the status of all important applications at a glimpse and this makes it easier for me to predict possible troubles before they turn into mishaps.

Cons:

I did experience some difficulties when it comes to configuration of the alert. Sometimes it is not as convenient as I would like it and there are moments when I cannot get quite precise alerts for certain circumstances, thus getting unnecessary notifications.

ManageEngine Applications Manager presents a single pane of glass that gives insight into multiple aspects of the IT environment. It also serves the purpose of ease in monitoring of processes and identifying sluggish systems or services that may be causing slow processing.

Cons:

At some time the system may take some time to update some screens, for example the dashboard may take some time to refresh during peak usage. If the latency is short it can hamper decision-making whenever decisions are most urgent.

With the help of ManageEngine Applications Manager which facilitates real time monitoring, I am able to resolve problems on the spot. This makes the system to act proactively in such a way that any issues are detected even before a reach the end-users.

Cons:

Some features that are available in the desktop version are missing in the mobile application, and this reduces the ability of monitoring while on the move.The mobile app could use some improvement in terms of its functionality or features.

Applications Manager has allowed vertical monitoring across various layers of our IT structure while presenting detailed analysis to the various groups, thus enhancing the decision-making process. On scalability of the tool means that the organization can adjust to the tool as the needs change.

Cons:

Some of the basic configurations were needed for monitoring of specific ERP systems during the initial setup. Additional organisations or better procedure for implementing the ERP integration would be helpful during onboarding.
