Recomendamos para instituciones micro financieras.

Parece que el proceso de incorporación necesita una mejora, pero por lo demás, el software cumple lo prometido. La interfaz de usuario es excelente y fácil de usar para empleados sin conocimientos técnicos. ¡Enhorabuena al equipo de Moonflow!

Impresionante seguimiento tras suscribirse al software. Fácil de usar. Hay muchísimos programas que solucionan el problema de la cobranza, pero ninguno como Moonflow. Ahorra tiempo y dinero en las operaciones diarias.

Cons:

La incorporación es lenta, pero vale la pena. Preferiría que el proceso de incorporación fuera rápido. Si ya está en operaciones, considere que podría no empezar de inmediato.

la experiencia ha sido buena, con puntos por mejorar de acuerdo a lo anteriormente mencionado, sin embargo, nos ayuda mucho en la gestión de cobranza.

las comunicaciones, la plataforma del portal del cliente, que es muy amigable y la cargar masiva de cronogramas

Cons:

No se puede modificar los campos cuando se acepta un pago, o modificar un cronograma de manera rápida donde se le ponga las condiciones, también, cargar varios voucher de pago para una cuota.
