Pros:

Muntra improved our way of working, I would compare the switch from previous journal system to muntra that it was like going from a nokia 3310 to an iphone.

Cons:

You quickly become spoiled by how simple it is. If you need to open your old system, you panic.

Pros:

Easy of use. Flexible setup for different users. Workflow between Muntra and Muntra X-ray program and also integration with 3 Shape Trios scanners and softwares (Implant Studio). The service and fast service from the support team is better than great!

Cons:

I guess the initial first few days before I got into the software was a little confusing but I still thing Muntra is much easier to learn than the competitors. The supportteam did a great job of helping out these first few day.

Reasons for switching to Muntra

Wanted a cloud based journal and X-ray software to eliminate further expensive updates and did not want to buy a new server. To save time and money.

Maby the design and layout cold have been a little better. There are still many thigs to learn.
