About CSB-System

CSB-System offers a dedicated ERP software for the businesses in the food industry. The system’s functionalities include process planning, computer integrated manufacturing, automated data capture with CSB-Rack, a Manufacturing Execution System and equipment control and maintenance, and more.

CSB-System also has accounting and finance applications, business intelligence functions, and customer relationship management. The document management application is fully integrated into the business software and can archive data in any format.

The ERP functionalities allow constant communication between procurement, batch-exact inventory management, and production and sales. The system has cross-location stock management, transparent invoice control, and full integration in the overall process.

CSB-System can be deployed on-premise or through the web and is compatible with Windows operating systems. iPad compatibility allows users to access data remotely from anywhere.

Pros:

Low cost, offers many functional modules to support aspects of business, only good if basic functions are required

Cons:

Many features of modern ERP are missing, and the more you use from the system and deeper you go, the further down the rabbit hole you end up with glitches, issues, and higher need from support. Support is difficult to achieve for problems or ongoing development. Could not recommend CSB.
