Pros:

The software is a reach feature that gives you the ability to control your information, unlike other vendors we've used in past. Very straightforward and easy to use.

Cons:

As a sysadmin, I cannot spot any cons, it is very straightforward to the point.

EDI made easy

Amazing so far, and I have only scratched the surface, so it is definitely sustainable and will be an EDI staple for years to come.

Pros:

Ideal for any integration capability, easy to use, easier to learn, full support from the ZEDI team Steve and Mark, pleasure doing business.

Cons:

I would love to learn more not on the development aspect but on the business onboarding aspect. It will be amazing to observe how they market the product and onboard, integrate and support new partners.

EDI done Easily!

The team lead by [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] are incredible. Always adding to ZEDI and willing to handle any situation thrown at them.

Pros:

The ease of setup and helpful staff! The ZEDI product is great and can handle anything thrown at it. Whether you are doing EDI, API, XML, XLSX, CSV, Scripting etc...

Cons:

There is nothing that comes to mind as they have covered all bases with ZEDI!
