Whatatbot has allowed us to expand our business targeting potential clients that could be interested on our architectural services. From a first successful contact exchange/update information forward with our clients has become an exercise that is less time consuming.

Cons:

Integration with other apps would allow to tweak documents that could be very handy.

En general ha sido una buena experiencia. Una vez configurada la plataforma montar una campaña es muy fácil y el motor anda solito. Solo debes precocuparte porque el computador se mantenga encendido.

Es una plataforma muy sencilla de instalar y una vez configurada montar una campaña de mensajes y enviarla es muy fácil. Básicamente funciona como una extensión de Google Crome que emula el envío de mensajes a través de WhatsApp Web. Es muy fácil de usar.

Cons:

En ocasiones suele fallar cuando hay una actualización de Google <cChrome o de WhatsApp y me he visto en la necesidad de contactar con soporte para poder solucionar el problema. Este soporte en ocasiones ha tardado en solucionar el problema y he durado horas sin poder realizar envíos. Así mismo, a esta plataforma le hace falta tener un panel administrativo.

Es la plataforma más completa que logré encontrar para este fin y es de fácil configuración. Tal vez lo único que le mejoraria es le precio y que tenga un dshboard en el cual uno pueda consultar facturas, envíos, renovaciones, etc.

Fácil de usar y construir las respuestas automáticas. Hace su función de bot y la calidad- precio es adecuada.

Cons:

Faltan funcionalidades, como añadir imágenes a las respuestas automáticas o que funcione el símbolo +. Importante que el bot debería funcionar sin que un ordenador tenga que estar siempre encendido.

Ha sido muy fa+cil la conexion con nuestro sistema de gestion para enviar mensajes automatizados (Recordatorio de citas, felicitacion de cumpleaños etc) ademas las campañas masivas de envio de ofertas y promociones es mucho mas efectiva que via correo electronico.

Que para que funcione debes tener en Whatsappweb en un ordenador encendido siempre

El poder enviar mensajes masivamente, conectar con toda mi comunidad al mismo tiempo es genial.

Cons:

Hay cosas a mejorar, para enviar las campañas necesitas tener el ordenador abierto. Cuando se esta enviando la campaña casi que no puedes contestar a otros mensajes te pierdes. Cuando añades nuevos clientes es muy difícil saber si le estas enviando la campaña inicial a ellos, porque tu los agregas reanudas la campaña y confías en que si. Las campañas de imágenes no se pueden editar, tu quieres sacar una imagen de las que has metido en la campaña y tienes que volver a empezar.

Cons:

Debería haber un panel administrativo donde se puedan gestionar renovaciones, planes, facturas. etc. Así mismo, en nuestro caso que somos agencia debería existir un programa de afilados.
