very good email security product

very savvy and kind team behind, definitely deserves a try out if you're up to chose a new security solution for your email service. If you add the XDR service you can even have a cybersec' engineer on demand reviewing for you your logs rather frequently, so very great in order to not get any misconfiguration. A good value that will surely be optimized with time, regarding the deepness and automations proposed by its console being a true SIEM within the industry

Pros:

. the ease of use is very great (you can identify and blacklist easily thanks to modern design of the console), . its pricing is also very competitive, . to note that so far we notably reduced the infections we got from our tem through malwares within emails, so it's really functional

Cons:

. the setup can be a bit tricky if you are not used to DKIM or other kind of records, but the tech support of Heimdal is kind and patient, so nothing impossible . the console should *automate* more tasks as for example automatically greylisting or blacklisting depending on the frequency and degree of phishing (n.b: it's put in quarantine no matter what, but from there you still need to do pretty much manually all the blacklisting, log per log, which can be long. Some automation should appear on that)
