The main reason is the scope of their support. The other applications focused on Microsoft 365 tenants with underwhelming support for other platforms. PhishTitan was leading in this aspect.

The interface and functionality appear to be "easy"

Cons:

that it did not work after purchase. it was not ready for prime time but it was sold to us anyway. it took about 45 days AFTER purchase to be able to deploy as it seemed support was still learning the product.

Pros:

PhishTitan does a good job of identifying possible threats and flags the email with a warning header to alert the email user.

Cons:

A needed improvement would be the ability to select multiple emails in the incidents page to send them to junk. It would also be nice to be able to add them to a block list so they are automatically blocked or sent to junk in the future. It would be great if there was integration with SpamTitan to add senders to a block list in SpamTitan directly from PhishTitan.
