    Ease of use, and efficient templates make repetitive calculations a thing of the past. Also since its cloud based it makes access to calculations simple and easy.
    Cons:
    I have noticed sometimes the software glitches and a page reset is needed, otherwise only 'crosses' are shown.

Not only do they feature live webinars on a variety of software features, but any questions or concerns are addressed within hours. Furthermore, ClearCalcs uses customer feedback to prioritize their future software developments, which means they actually listen to and respect their customers!

    The software is that it is very robust and I can confidently design just about anything I need for my business.
    Cons:
    Being that I was trained on another software that I used for years, it has taken me time to acclimate to the ClearCals software philosophy...so the learning curve was steeper than I thought it would be.

    Because StruCalcs didn't offer retaining wall design. I wish I had learned of ClearCalcs years ago.

    The software is easy to use, & has specs for the big brands so timber design is easy

    Faster design, more accurate design, easier to modify calculations, just all around better than a spreadsheet and hand calcs and significantly cheaper and more reliable than any other calculations software I have used.

    Rep and the team have been amazingly helpful, any issues are resolved almost instantly, faster than any other commercial calculation software I have used and they actually care. The support team are here in Australia and Rep has taken the time to personally contact me to see what my needs were and how ClearCalcs could assist my engineering design. The regular updates and Beta versions for upcoming are amazing. I have been able to provide feedback on some of the features I thought would benefit my experience and Rep and the team have worked their magic to include them. Its been a very rewarding experience and I should have found ClearCalcs sooner!
    Cons:
    The only real negative is that when switching between calcs it does take a couple of seconds to re-run the numbers and provide the results. I'm not sure if thats just my internet connection, the servers or what. But considering I can really only nit-pick a 2-3 second delay when switching between calcs, the software is pretty flawless.

    The way the software is presented to the user does not require any tutorials or courses to use the software. Many design features and more to come.

    so far no issues, it could use some extra features down the track like more concrete slab types and linking hot rolled steel sections design to portal frame analysis wizard and truss analysis wizard.this will enable the design of hot rolled members based on analyis results

    Some features I'd like to add, but they are looking into suggested features always!

    Reasons for switching to ClearCalcs

    They were bought out and changed to Vitrivious which was inferior at that time of first changeover. Their tech support was terrible.
