The first thing I like about Filejet is their customer service. They have always been quick to respond and very friendly with very specific answers that help to resolve questions. They provide compliance with the documentation by entities, which makes it orderly and legally compliant in a very correct way, where they take care of the entire process.

Cons:

Their operation is correct and nothing bothers me about their service. They do everything with extensive knowledge and execute it well.

Cons:

The process of adding a new jurisdiction to an existing entity can be somewhat cumbersome. It requires reentering all of the entity’s information, despite that data already being available in the system

As I continue to use FileJet, I have overcome some navigation issues. FileJet customer support team and account reps have been very prompt, responsive, patient and helpful during our platform initiation and entity boarding processes. The entity legal management data maintenance and reporting compliance tools are exactly what we needed to assist our clients.

Cons:

The location of some of the entity records are in some instances counterintuitive. It can be a challenge to recoup per entity annual platform fee through client compliance work and filings. The invoicing process has not been seamless for our accounting department, but once we add our client ids to the data base we expect great improvement.

Auto generated maintenance reminders are sent; however, it doesn't give you the actual jurisdiction that is requiring maintenance.

Reasons for switching to Filejet

CSC missed deadlines and failed to file the required documents on time. This incurred additional expenses in penalties for being late in filing our annual reports and renewing our business licenses.
