I love the fact that the system enables one to be paperless, fully electronic where ever you sign in whether it is you desktop, phone or tablet.

Pros:

This software enables my company to be legally compliant due to the user friendly legal audit and non-conformance system.

Cons:

A quick print option on the document register would help a lot. It would not be necessary to download the document first before you can print.

Ariscu exprience as contractor on Pilanesberg platinum mine

incident management, management of required document to prevent re-occurrence of same incidents and safety non conformances. access to required SOP's COP's legal documentation and receiving of government requirements and legislation

Ariscu is a very easy to use program in event of logging, reviewing and tracking documents, events and retrieving the correct documents. record keeping of all required incident accidents, SOP's and corrective actions of al non conformances.

in the search criteria it only high lights the search results instead of showing only the results

I do NOT recommend

My hole company in the field operations not user friendly not reliable, finding it only good for Library but is broken down lots and cant view data, I recently had to do ISO audit and i could not show safety systems data evidence we have to go through all hard copies data to do Audit, Ariscu is a waste of my time I am left looking unprofessional in Clients eyes.

Legal register is about the only good thing that stands out.

Cons:

Breaks down lots, is not trusted to work all thie time i can not present Ariscu live to clients as can not trust that it will work, email alerts will not send you directly to matter where you are effected person have to try find files doing check list when loading up loose data wasting your day doing the check list has lots of bugs, no conformances for deallocating corrective action not connected to check lists, over all waste time for my people using it have to do work repeat 2-3 times.

Non-conformance Management. ARISCU provides a tool to enable conduct legal audits and the document manager is phenomenal. The escalation feature for non-conformance management is great.

Cons:

The legal compliance audit tool could be improved. The audit questions does not seem to give a true reflection of the key aspects of the requirements

Great and easy to use

I have never had any issues with Ariscu at all, I always have a smooth login and no bad experiences with the site.

Ariscu is quite easy to use and when printing the index for a client, it is amazing and user-friendly with a detailed yet sweet and short document.

Cons:

Honestly, I have not had anything I would like changed on Ariscu, but I am not an extremely major user of the program as I only use the legal register aspect to show my clients that we have one in place.
