Centime is a good option for Cash Flow management.

The overall experience has been good. This has been a pleasant group to work with and the product will only improve.

Pros:

The software was very easy to implement and is pretty intuitive. There are quite a few features and more are on the horizon. The sales & on boarding team was very easy to work with. There was no high pressure tactics and they have all been very open and honest. They have been in communication frequently and have been proactive in scheduling training sessions. As far as software implementation, this has been one of my best experiences.

Cons:

As intuitive as it is, it is still a work in progress. The forecasting of our payroll outflows is a little off. I'd like the ability to change the estimated due date of customer invoices in bulk and to save them in bulk. We have 200+ monthly subscriptions that get billed the 1st week of the month so that we are paid in full prior to the month of service - the forecasting of those invoices and collections is a little off so there's some work to do. I also need the ability to narrow my cash flow management down to just my operating account and not include my other accounts (i.e. savings/money market). That is in the works though.

Centime: The one stop shop for cash management

Overall, my experience with every aspect of Centime has been phenomenal. From working with team members, to using the platform it has been a great experience. Centime has really helped our business and regardless of size or industry, Centime's capabilities will help you and your company scale while also giving you the most accurate and actionable data related to cash management possible!

Pros:

I absolutely love the Centime platform! The user experience is excellent and really allows you to see real time that cash, ap and ar cash implications in a user friendly view. As a smaller company, cash management is extremely important and something that prior to using Centime was done manually in excel on a weekly basis - which was very error prone. Being able to utilize Centime's platform to see real time cash flow forecasting has been a game changer for us. To be able to share this live data with our team has helped drive important business decisions. The ability to integrate Centime seamlessly with our bank and CRM is also a major plus. We have been able to predict cash in-flows and out-flows so much more accurately because of Centime!

Cons:

The integration truly was seamless. At this point in time, there really isn't anything that I can say Centime has to improve upon from my view.

We really love the cash forecasting! It really helps us make thoughtful decisions around capitol investments and growth.

Cons:

Can be a bit of a challenge to work it into our processes with all the other plateforms we are using, bill.com, quickbooks, etc.

Pros:

Centime saves me hours in generating liquidity and cash positing forecasts. Additionally, the KPI/OKRs is information I didn't have before. Our cash conversion cycle is significantly improved.

Cons:

It was a bit difficult to configure for non-profit use. Centime listened to some of the challenges we were experiencing and fixed them straight away.
