Asset Pool helped us improve control and escalation.

Generally positive - We use RFC (Ready-for-customer) at our Shell site and it helps Employees escalate issues to management for response.

Ease of use and paper saving. All data saved to local storage for easy access/review. Reports are automatically generated and sent to management for review via email.

Cons:

Often requires customer support. Sometimes tasks are redundant and do not require such time to complete.

I use it most of the time in my job and it doesn't feel like work. It is efficient in what it is meant to do.

Pros:

The ease of use is unlike any other program. It has predictive text which helps a lot. It also remembers phrases you use often.

Cons:

Only that I can't use it for my daily life because then I'd be so organized. Other than that, it is perfect.

The turnaround time is amazing, and solution driven technicians. Its very easy to pull a report. Their is user friendly.

Cons:

Deactivated users are still showing up on the list of company users. I would suggest that after deactivating the user, the system must delete that user completely

I was happy with how user friendly it was. Was not hard to figure out the functions and use it to its full potential.

Sometimes struggled to find inspections but wasnt a major issue. Other than that I was satisfied with it.

AssetPool. Just one great Asset.

Works well and covers everything. Such a great way to cover your back with all the evidence.Even if yiur client does not read the reports it all stays on record.

Keeping it simple - AssetPool does that . We found it easy to use and easy to implement. Bottom line is that you can align your workflow to the system . Also the implementation period was not long at all. Everything is about preparation and by knowing what we wanted we achieved the goals and outcomes we were looking for . Key for us has also been integration with IOT and IIOT and that has not proved to be a problem

Cons:

Not really found anything wrong with the software . As the product develops we would want to see the solution developing out templates that could be available by all users

We love that we are able to upload documents under assets with an expiry date and then be notified via email when they are about to expire. So far our experience has been great. Any time we open a support ticket we always get a quick response weather it be a support question or a feature request.

Pros:

The ability to complete all inspections digitally instead of using paper copies. Having all assets/inspections in one place. So far the app has been very user friendly and easy to use. We love being able to use AssetPool as a one stop shop for all of our inspections/ Asset Management.

Cons:

There are certain features we were like added such as the tech being able to edit custom fields from the mobile app, overall job notes, the job report giving a pass percentage instead of just saying "pass" or "fail", etc.

Reasons for switching to AssetPool

Old system was not what we were looking for, was missing features.

Pros:

Helped us review clients installation work before we schedule the site visit. Normally we have to beg the client for photos to review the installation. Using Assetpool makes the installation inspections are lot easier for the client to perform, and for us to review the work done.

Cons:

The ability to link Assetpool with ERP systems. This is often seen as a negative. Linking with an ERP system might not necessarily make the clients' processes more efficient. However, having the ABILITY to do it will be a big step for Assetpool to break into certain markets/clients, and might get Assetpool over the line in certain cases.
