About FormsCenter
FormsCenter is an online electronic data capture and forms automation software. It helps small to large businesses across industries gather, store, retrieve, track and centralize information from customers, employees, and external sources.
FormsCenter allows users to create electronic forms and surveys using an intuitive drag-and-drop form builder with customizable fields and layouts including text inputs, multiple-choice questions, file uploads, and more. Administrators can populate existing data on other forms using field mapping technology, view summary reports to gain insights into collected data, export raw data into CSV formats, embed it on websites, or share via a link. Additionally, it enables form owners to provide role-based access controls for creating, editing, viewing, and submitting forms.
FormsCenter uses application programming interfaces (APIs) to facilitate integration with databases and third-party platforms. Pricing is based on request and support is extended via email, phone and chat.

Hi April, Thank you for taking the time to write us a response. We're so glad to hear that you find our ContentCenter very easy to use. We are a little confused about your statement that you can't search for documents if the OCR button is not used. Do you mean *full-text* search? While we do need to have our system "read" the document (through OCR) to enable full-text search, you should be able to search in other ways such as document properties or by patient or bin. Also, if there is a problem with forgetting to import with OCR activated, we can set it for you that all batches are run through the OCR engine by default.
