Fun product, too much for the amount used

I enjoy the platform, however, I use it for larger presentations most often and the interactive portion of the product has crashed every server I've ever been connected to in person. I like that I can make presentations interactive, however, I don't change things up often enough to warrant the cost of the product.

Pros:

I loved that I could make presentations for community providers and residents in my transitional living program interactive. It helped break up the information and spark conversations throughout. It is an ideal platform for my presenter style.

Cons:

As society and workplaces are moving beyond virtual meetings, the opportunities to use this platform became few and far between. I have go-to material that is nice to present in a variety of settings, however, the annual price is a lot to maintain those presentations that I give repeatedly to different audiences 2-3 times/ year. If I was using this platform weekly or twice monthly, I could see the price being justified. But quarterly at best? It's a lot.

Pros:

Cannot think of one at the moment. Still waiting on tech support replies.

Cons:

App would not accept my password when Safari accepted it. Serious functionality issues with this appp online and mobile app. NOT WORKING: Password reset, emails to employees, permissions to share with trainers, problems problems problems. Horrible!

That it allows me to integrate videos and other media as well as test questions into the presentation in order to provide both information and test their knowledge. Integrating funny yet informative videos also allows for greater employee engagement.

Cons:

I have no recommendations for improvement at this time.

I like the concepts that are given to students to complete. They compete with their peers. They love the memes & breaks. The concepts align with state testing.

Cons:

A student were to get codes off the Internet and cheat.

The website is very easy to use, it provides great engagement ideas, games/training/testing/surveys. We use the website a ton!

Cons:

I would like to see more involvement around the surveys. The answers usually say they're correct or incorrect instead of providing poll percentages. The website isnt very survey friendly

Pros:

I liked how easy the product was to use. The graphics are decent and the bonuses keep things competitive. I also like being able to create my own quizzes.

Cons:

You have to purchase for an entire year and I don't necessarily need it that long.

Lacks Google Slides Integration

Great tool if it wasn't in a silo.

I like the flexibility to create long scenario-based multiple-choice questions.

Cons:

No Google Slides integration. I need a tool that I can ask instructor-led questions during live lectures. I need this integration or a workflow to do it. Until then, the tool is not of value.

The overall all experience is a quality product that delivers what it states. The functionality is perfect for settings that are non-traditional and accessed on handheld devices easily.
