About Bookerville

Bookerville is a cloud-based vacation rental management solution that helps property owners with booking management, contact generation, calendar synchronization and channel management.

Bookerville’s channel management feature helps users manage leads and bookings by collecting property data from users’ websites and distributing that information to different listing sites such as booking.com, AirBnB and Expedia. It also lets property owners send auto-generated emails to guests in order to send alerts, payment reminders, past-due notices, arrival instructions and more.

Bookerville enables property managers to generate emails using email templates that are pre-populated with information such as guest data, booking information and payment schedules. The solution also provides an auto-responder that automatically responds to emails received from listing sites.

Bookerville offers booking/request calendars, where customers can see available dates and view scheduled bookings. Using the iCal Export, feature property owners can synchronize calendars with other listing sites. Monthly and yearly subscriptions are available.

Best booking software for our short term rentals

Easy to learn and to understand and it is also reasonably priced compared to other booking software companies that we looked into. We love it and there is no reason to ever change what we have and works beautifully.

We have used Bookerville for over 10 years and the reason is that it is super easy to learn and self explanatory and on top it is priced well. We love it and keep using it.

Cons:

We really do not have anything to complain about. except when I try to block specific dates and weeks on the master calendar for the next years, but after trying a few times I figure it out every time. This would be one small adjustment that John can make for user friendly.

Pros:

Data entry is very simple and decent. Linking up with other public calendars like the ones from Airbnb, Booking.com and TripAdvisor.

Cons:

Better UI design. Better mobile UI. I think that's the area of improvement that Bookerville could work on.

Support is also very responsive although we have only required this just once in several years since we have been using the booking platform.

“Solid Booking Platform With Room to Grow”

My overall experience with Bookerville has been very positive. It’s a dependable, easy-to-use platform that keeps my bookings organized across multiple large vacation homes. The interface is straightforward, customer support is responsive, and it handles the essentials without unnecessary complication. While I do wish it had more advanced automation and dynamic pricing features, Bookerville has been a solid, reliable system that makes day-to-day management much easier.

The Coastal Retreat has been using the Bookerville program for many years now. We are very happy with the automation. Once set up, the program is easy to use for both clients and ourselves. Thanks Bookerville!

Cons:

Once the program is set up we have found no problems. Learning how setup worked was a bit challenging but the program's benefits were well worth the learning curve.

Bookerville is good for our small business.
