About Bookerville

Bookerville is a cloud-based vacation rental management solution that helps property owners with booking management, contact generation, calendar synchronization and channel management.

Bookerville’s channel management feature helps users manage leads and bookings by collecting property data from users’ websites and distributing that information to different listing sites such as booking.com, AirBnB and Expedia. It also lets property owners send auto-generated emails to guests in order to send alerts, payment reminders, past-due notices, arrival instructions and more.

Bookerville enables property managers to generate emails using email templates that are pre-populated with information such as guest data, booking information and payment schedules. The solution also provides an auto-responder that automatically responds to emails received from listing sites.

Bookerville offers booking/request calendars, where customers can see available dates and view scheduled bookings. Using the iCal Export, feature property owners can synchronize calendars with other listing sites. Monthly and yearly subscriptions are available.

Best booking software for our short term rentals

Easy to learn and to understand and it is also reasonably priced compared to other booking software companies that we looked into. We love it and there is no reason to ever change what we have and works beautifully.

Pros:

We have used Bookerville for over 10 years and the reason is that it is super easy to learn and self explanatory and on top it is priced well. We love it and keep using it.

Cons:

We really do not have anything to complain about. except when I try to block specific dates and weeks on the master calendar for the next years, but after trying a few times I figure it out every time. This would be one small adjustment that John can make for user friendly.

Bookerville offers a Great Product and Support!

Overall I'm happy I chose Bookerville. It provides my business everything we need to manage over 100 properties, efficiently and effectively.

1. Cost is less than half of other similar programs 2. Offers everything the most expensive programs offer 3. Helpful and friendly product support staff- I haven't waited more than an hour for a reply from the support team when I've required their help. 4. Easy to use, I'm not computer literate and I set up over 100 properties with individual guest emails, tax settings, guest options etc in 3 days

Cons:

I am entering my second year with Bookerville, funneling over 1000 rentals through this platform and haven't found any cons up to this point.

Bookerville is super user friendly and works great wether you are a Property Manager and/or Owner. Most booking softwares are too complicated. Bookerville is super easy to use. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is always on top of any concern and willing to listen and make changes if needed to fit your needs.

Cons:

I wish the rate system was a little more user friendly. Example is on Vrbo you can see the dates its booked and the daily rates ON the calendar so you can lower rates daily to fill in the blanks. I wish Bookerville was set up like that for the rates section.

Support is the best of any software that we've ever owned or bought in to. The support is quick, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping make the software as effective as it can be.

Cons:

The integrations with other services aren't totally seamless (but they're really good and Bookerville keeps on top of necessary upgrades). IMO I think that the bigger rental sites benefit from making these integrations difficult.

Pros:

Bookerville rental software is pretty great. You can use the reservation settings to allow people to choose which unit they want and set the number of guests, how long they can stay, and itemize pretty much every thing about the rental. It is pretty easy to use as well. You can add the features to your website also. You can set auto responses and get reminders, which for me is very helpful

Cons:

So far I have not found anything about this software that I do not like. Even the price is fantastic!
