ResNexus is a cloud-based property management software that helps increase reservations and revenue.
As an all-in-one solution, ResNexus provides a beautifully designed ADA compliant website and booking engine to increase direct bookings. It also includes reservations calendar and grid, front desk, housekeeping, guest portal and contactless checkin, text messaging, retail add-ons, point-of-sale, gift certificates, credit card processing, direct connections to OTAs and marketing channels (such as Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb), dynamic pricing, automatic yield management, Quickbooks export, business reports, and much more.
In addition, ResNexus increases your return guest rate with automatic email marketing that includes welcome, thank you, birthday and anniversary emails, as well as newsletters and promotions.
The ResNexus reservation grid highlights reservation activity for the next one to three months at a glance. Users can drag-and-drop existing reservations to a new room or date. It appears to be a small company, but they have a large number of clients. They have thought through many of the issues I have encountered with other systems. It is intuitive and easy to train others on how to use the system. It keeps improving. And they don't raise the price once you join them.

Beds24 was cheaper, but was cumbersome to use. And technical support was only forums or email them and wait for a response (often more than 24 hours).

With some work on basic shortcomings, ResNexus would rule this sector

Overall, it's been challenging to get the tool to do *exactly* what we want, and there are a lot of frustrating "obvious" limitations, but it does so much so very well and we've invested so much time into getting things to function that we're "happily stuck". We have explored other property management systems but a move simply isn't worth it, especially because of the people at ResNexus.

I love that you get a live person for support, no AI chat bot making you go in circles and finally you give up because no one will help you. Please don't take away LIVE support. Your team is the best I have ever worked with.

Originally due to the integration with Quick Books but after converting to ResNexus, the file dump output would not work with my QB due the complexity of my camp store retail items. My QB Pro consultant was concerned my taxes would not align with my invoice line items. So for now I am manually inputting the data into QB.

Poor system, no flexibility. Email support worked well but you had to wait for responses.

ResNexus - An awesome combination of hospitality technology & support!

Both Josh and Laura have been awesome support throughout our journey with Resnexus. They were very patient when training us during our transition to ResNexus, and proactively contact us with major new releases that they think will can benefit from. During weekends, we're able to call after hours support, which we used only a handful of times. A shout to Travis from their web support team also. He handles our website updates as required within a very timely fashion.

We still use Quickbooks for accounting, which integrates to Resnexus. Adding ResNexus allowed us to consolidate 3 other vendors, which were not integrated to Quickbooks. All customer marketing and booking data is in ResNexus, which provides much better reporting capability to help us manage our business better.
