About 100Hires

100Hires is an applicant tracking system (ATS) designed to help businesses track and hire job applicants for various roles. It allows HR professionals to store candidates’ resumes in an integrated database, draft emails using custom templates and schedule interviews in real-time.

Recruitment managers can collect and import candidates’ contact information from multiple channels including LinkedIn, AngelList, Dribble, Github, Facebook, Gmail, Stack Overflow, Medium, Twitter, Meetup, Upwork, Xing and Indeed. Features of 100Hires include resume parsing, data storage management, data export, talent acquisition, engagement, evaluation forms and more. Additionally, HR executives can use the application to add custom tags, sources, jobs and notes to candidates’ profiles.

100Hires facilitates integration with the productivity and collaboration platform, Google Suite via application programming interfaces (APIs). The platform is available to users for free and on monthly or annual subscriptions. Support is extended via phone and email.

    Overall, my experience with 100hires has been both as a user and as someone involved in workflow design. I’ve used this platform for sourcing, screening, pipeline management, and tracking candidate progress across different hiring stages. Because of that experience, I don’t just see ATS as a tracking tool, I see it as a system that can significantly improve recruiter productivity and candidate experience when configured properly.

    An ATS mainly solves organization and visibility problems in recruitment. It centralizes candidate information, helps track hiring stages, and prevents recruiters from missing applicants or losing data, especially when handling high volumes.
    Cons:
    Honestly, I don’t really dislike ATS. I think it’s very helpful. Usually, the issues I encounter are more on configuration, like when workflows are too complicated or not optimized, but once set up properly, it really improves recruitment efficiency.

    The tool is quite sophisticated, as it combines all the necessary features a recruiter might need in the selection process. The best liked features I noticed are: 1. Pre-defined stages/questions which can make the selection process consistent for the candidates. 2. Templates that are there to reduce the manual work for the recruiter. 3. Dedicated candidate profile that has every detail combined, easy to access. 4. Intuitive interface, making it less complicated to navigate within the system 5. Ability to integrate between the systems.
    Cons:
    I have experienced 100hires in the trial mode, therefore it is a bit hard to say what I didn't like, however I can point out some recommendations which I think will take the platform to the next stage. 1. Approval flow - before the requisitions/jobs are posted online or once the offer is created for the candidate. 2. Offer document templates - Having document templates will help recruiters to create offers within the system instead of manually filling the information about the job and the candidate in word document. 3. Integrating the tool with docusign, making it easy for the candidates and the company representative to sign the offer 4. Adding candidate tasks as templates, if the candidate is moved to the stage where they need to to the practical work, there will be predefined task templates for each position if relevant, and tasks will be sent through gmail

    I used the ATS profusely that 100hires has come out to be the easiest and best. With good secure features, that are customizable as well easy to incorporate. Definitely has good customer support for new ones. I could write the interview comments easy for the candidates, and managers to review. 100hires as AI based scoring, which definitely is a big plus in scoring the candidate diligently.

    Nothing much to write, 100hires has too good features, that I didnt find anything that write. Simply well made software

    I liked the clean interface and simple dashboard which consolidates all candidates and has a clear view of the status. It integrates automaticaly with most relevant job boards, linkedin and career pages. I likes the task feature on the menu which allows you to keep track of your pending items.
    Cons:
    I would improve the visuals of the dashboard, with color codes for the different satus. Also, the status could be changed right there from a drop down menu, and the change itself would trigger an email or an action, miniizing the number of clicks for the recruiter. I would also add some short curts at the top of the dashboard for most common scenarios (video interviewed / assessed / in-person interviewed, etc) Aditionally, when you open the candidate view, I would prioritze the resume over the candidate´s personal information, which I would put on a secondary tab.

    I liked how everything was easily accessible in one system. AI integrated into the tool also addressed some of the challenges I experienced, such as salary benchmarking, and candidate communications. The pipeline view is very good and makes my work easier.
    Cons:
    AI scoring can maybe be improved a bit and it would be nice if I could compare candidates through the AI a bit better.
