About 100Hires

100Hires is an applicant tracking system (ATS) designed to help businesses track and hire job applicants for various roles. It allows HR professionals to store candidates’ resumes in an integrated database, draft emails using custom templates and schedule interviews in real-time.

Recruitment managers can collect and import candidates’ contact information from multiple channels including LinkedIn, AngelList, Dribble, Github, Facebook, Gmail, Stack Overflow, Medium, Twitter, Meetup, Upwork, Xing and Indeed. Features of 100Hires include resume parsing, data storage management, data export, talent acquisition, engagement, evaluation forms and more. Additionally, HR executives can use the application to add custom tags, sources, jobs and notes to candidates’ profiles.

100Hires facilitates integration with the productivity and collaboration platform, Google Suite via application programming interfaces (APIs). The platform is available to users for free and on monthly or annual subscriptions. Support is extended via phone and email.

Easy to use. AI for humans. Highly recommended.

Overall very easy to use and addresses some common ATS issues. It was easy for me to keep track of my applicants and ensure a great experience for both the candidate and the hiring manager - I was able to keep everyone informed of the process straight from the tool.

I liked how everything was easily accessible in one system. AI integrated into the tool also addressed some of the challenges I experienced, such as salary benchmarking, and candidate communications. The pipeline view is very good and makes my work easier.

Cons:

AI scoring can maybe be improved a bit and it would be nice if I could compare candidates through the AI a bit better.

Friendly user interface and AI integration

It makes my life as a recruiter easier since it has the feature that will show your interview schedule and you dont have to go ro your calendar just to go in to the calendar to get in to the meeting, also for candidate experience i has the feature where you can see you threads with the candidate text or email.

What i like 100hires is user friendly interface, it is easy for me to navigate the ATS and customization depends on your hiring needs.

Cons:

It has an AI integration where it can make your job description better, however whenever you do it, it also has the dowside of changing the company name or such, you have to make you read things out before you post it.

Reasons for switching to 100Hires

Overall, better candidate experience, integration of AI, calendar, email and text which improve the hiring process than what we used to use that doesnt have this integration.

Love how automated everything is and how integrated AI tools are to help you every step of the way. Would absolutely recommend it to everyone!

Cons:

Maybe the mobile version. It wasn't loading for me for the first couple of minutes. Eventually though it was working great.

100hires provides a clean, centralized ATS with strong automation that streamlines candidate tracking and communication. Adding more customizable workflows and maybe a richer reporting style for thei dashboards would make it even more effective.

Cons:

I recommend standardizing the "Job type" field to include clear employment categories such as Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Freelance, and Internship. Separating job type from work arrangement (Remote/Hybrid/On-site) would improve filtering, reporting, and candidate clarity.

Cons:

It is missing Dark mode theme. Also. the settings are reverting to top screen when you choose lower option from the list. Not a blocking point, just room for upgrade.
