- The software provided an accurate, complete set of tools to access and monitor all of my work related data in an efficient way that saved time, maximizing productivity.

While ADP offers a wide range of features, the lack of reliable support and efficiency has made the platform frustrating to use and difficult to trust for critical HR and payroll functions.

- This is perhaps the most frustrating missing feature that would cause us to leave. While we are not completely satisfied with PurelyHR, it's the most affordable option for now but we do have to use several other software, plus excel docs, plus a payroll system, plus an ATS, plus others to get the info, reporting, and Human Resources features we need.
