ApplicantPRO by JobMatch is a cloud-based applicant tracking (ATS) system designed for small to midsized companies that are working to stay in compliance with EEO/AA and OFCCP guidelines.. Its interface can be utilized by organizations in any industry - property management, manufacturing, education, food and beverage and more.

After using ApplicantPRO to create a job posting, the system pushes the post to a variety of free job boards and over thousand paid job boards, as well as all of the social networking sites: Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook. ApplicantPro also helps users create and manage a careers website with no IT involvement. Its screening portal screens applicants based on criteria set by the organization.

ApplicantPRO tracks all of this information, which can then be analyzed in real time through a variety of HR metrics and customizable reports. It offers subscription-based pricing that’s variable by the size of the organization, rather than the number of logins.

One Click to Multiple Job Boards Worldwide

This software is an extremely useful tool for us for a while now and it is exactly fitting as to what we're looking for. This is one of the easiest ways to post jobs in multiple jobs all at the same time, that which would save us more time.

My favorite is the idea that we can post a single job to multiple job boards, not just nationwide, but worldwide. This ATS has so much potential in it if used wisely. On top of that, you can certainly track applicants painlessly.

Cons:

My least favorite would be just the interface, I think it needs a bit of improvement, but overall, it works smoothly.

Great staff! System works as advertised and regularly make updates.

Cons:

Limit on free text messages. AP staff used to log into job boards for us to post our jobs. They still do, but we have a limited free number per month now.

Reasons for switching to isolved Talent Acquisition

Taleo was clunky and needed to go. Met awesome AP staff at the NHRMA conference

Hiring From Start to Finish in One Platform

Moving candidates from each stage to get them do interviews has been fairly smooth and easy. This is a good product for the smaller size of my organization as I can manage everything myself.

Isolved has all the main features I need to walk step-by-step in the hiring process. I love how it integrates with outside platforms to expand my hiring reach.

Cons:

There are some difficulties when I am trying to aggregate information across the various platforms. The mobile app doesn't really seem to be that user friendly making it better for desktop usage.

Efficient, User-Friendly ATS

The platform is user-friendly and makes managing job postings, applications, and candidate tracking simple and efficient. The automation features, like job board distribution and email templates, save a lot of time in the hiring process. One of the biggest highlights is their customer service. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions. Whenever I've needed support, their team has been quick to provide clear and helpful solutions.

Room for Improvement

Overall, iSolved has been a reliable and comprehensive HR platform that centralizes many of our day-to-day processes, from payroll and time tracking to onboarding and benefits management. Once you get past the initial learning curve, the system is capable and efficient, and having everything housed in one place has definitely streamlined our workflow. That said, the interface can feel dated and occasionally requires more clicks than expected, and some areas still feel less intuitive than they should be.

It's a comprehensive all-in-one platform (payroll, timecard, HR, benefits, onboarding). Employees can update personal info, access pay stubs, request time off, and manage benefits.

Cons:

Navigating the system is not user friendly without training - you have to dig around to find what you're looking for. There are so many options to customize the system that it feels overwhelming and many of the appealing options get lost.
