About ApplicantStack

An applicant tracking system is the foundation of strategic talent management. ApplicantStack capably empowers all stakeholders: internal recruiters, hiring managers, administrators and—most importantly—applicants. ApplicantStack was designed by HR professionals for the challenges of real-world hiring. These include managing multiple positions simultaneously, screening hundreds of candidates quickly to find the top performers, and collaborating effectively to make hiring decisions with confidence. The texting feature allows recruiters to engage with applicants using their preferred method of communication, and even text-to-apply. The platform allows companies to post positions to job boards and social media sites without logging into each account separately. Pre-screener questionnaires filter out unqualified candidates before recruiters spend time reading their resumes. The software identifies and isolates a pool of qualified applicants. Then the hiring team can focus solely on candidates that meet the requirements. When an offer is accepted, users can transition the new hire to paperless onboarding that can be completed online. User Friendly, Well-Priced, Great Support for this ATS

I find it very user friendly, and we have been clients for over 12 years and we have our entire history of candidature in AS. The cost is very reasonable, IMO. We only use Recruiting though, so no opinion on the Onboarding module. Support is very responsive and usually has a fix quite quickly for our issues

Easy to learn, easy to use, easy to modify and configure. We have lots of processes that work well within the AS recruiting module (issuing disciplinary letters, probation review docs, employment confirmation letters)

Some limitations with graphics and installing or attaching them

I love how customizable it is. Its very user friendly. It is direct and to the point. Their reporting is fairly good as well

Cons:

Their customer service is not the best. They take awhile to get back to you and there have been times where they do not have a solution.

In general, ApplicantStack is fairly user friendly and intuitive. Fore the most part, we've been pleased with the amount of programming for the price.

Pros:

I really appreciate the program's cost effectiveness and how useful ApplicantStack is for small to mid-sized companies

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that ApplicantStack doesn't have a reference check program or a vendor partner (like Harver). It would also be nice if client support contact information was listed on the main screen after login. Finally, I wish we could reset applicants' passwords to the system ourselves.

Cost and user friendliness were the main factors.

We used UKG through a third party vendor and it was not cost effective.

It has been a life saver. So easy to post jobs to public job boards and edit and make changes.

It is easy to use. Very adaptable to different situations. We love the program because even when people are not good with electronic applications, we can provide a paper one and upload it and still use the ATS system. It is also VERY cost effective!

Cons:

I can't really think of anything at the moment. It seems to do everything we need it to do.

They were too expensive and not as user friendly.

You have GOT to get me the ability to mass disposition candidates. I need it or I need a new ATS. We are flooded with foreign applicants and all our jobs require US Citizenship.

Applicant stack keeps our employment ads active and reposted on multiple job boards. The follow up email and texting features with our designated "Myla" has worked wonders for our applicant flow.

Cons:

Duplicate applicant entries in our AxisCare system. But I will gladly take that over no applicants at all!

Easy access and always receives immediate feedback or responses when we have questions regarding the application. We love how you can change the status for the applicant, so we are all aware of where they are during the hiring/deactivation process.

Cons:

How it says the next step in the process, on the home page, instead of the process they are currently in.

Was not very efficient or effective for what we were trying to accomplish.

Cons:

If you cancel, no past customer service available. Our office manager did not save onboarding paperwork, I have attempted to retrieve it with NO REPLY.
