The inability to add custom fields to standard tables requires the creation of separate custom tables that are not connected to standard tables and requires the duplication of data.

With having 10 different school district schedules, admin staff and part-time, I am able to have all of them set up through different offices which makes my life so much more organized and efficient.

This is perhaps the most frustrating missing feature that would cause us to leave. While we are not completely satisfied with PurelyHR, it's the most affordable option for now but we do have to use several other software, plus excel docs, plus a payroll system, plus an ATS, plus others to get the info, reporting, and Human Resources features we need.
