Outstanding for Contract Management

Excellent, easy to use. I use mostly the app on my cellphone, and it feels both simple and secure. I think this year I am going to try the Deel Card.

Outstanding tool for payments and contract management. Very intuitive and easy to set and link to my domestic bank account.

Cons:

Good things are not cheap, so I don't like the commision/fee charged when transferring the fudns to my domestic bank account, but I understand it is their way for revenue.

Reasons for switching to Deel

My new job (company) pays me montly via Deel.

Deel helps me comply with contractual documents and get payments.

It helped my employer and me fill the legal and tech gap, as our countries require specific contract types and documents that, if we do not comply, could easily get us in trouble. Deel took care of that for both parties (contracts, legal documents that must be signed, payments, work submissions, engagement certificates, and there are more features I have not used). In the past, I had to send everything via email, Google forms, and transfer from Wise to Payoneer, then to my local bank account. All of this is now done in one app.

Pros:

My employer and I were able to quickly set up my account, submit my work hours, and get my contract and legal paperwork signed. All of this while ensuring that we were in compliance with all applicable laws in both countries. It also gets me my money in a timely manner, as expected.

Cons:

Nothing at all. It is simple to use. I haven't had any bad experiences with it since I started, so I've never bothered their CS team. They are also clear about their fees, when applicable.

Reasons for switching to Deel

In the past, we used Wise and Payoneer only to deal with payments. We would have to create contractual documents separately. Now, we use one app for everything, and it even includes documents we were not aware that we needed to remain compliant.

User friendly and convenient

Overall, my experience with Deel has been very positive. The platform is reliable, intuitive, and easy to navigate, which makes managing payments hassle-free. I am satisfied with how it works and honestly wouldn’t change anything about it at this point.

Pros:

What I like most about Deel is how fast and easy it is to use. The platform has a very clean, user-friendly interface that makes transactions and tracking payments simple and stress-free. I really enjoy using it because everything feels smooth and efficient.

Cons:

The main downside I’ve noticed is that there are still only a limited number of banks affiliated with Deel. Expanding the supported banks would make withdrawals and transfers even more convenient for users in different regions.

Terrible Service and Deel's Gross Negligence

My experience with Deel has been absolutely terrible. From the start, they provided awful service: they consistently failed to meet committed deadlines, had terrible communication, and frequently cancelled meetings at the last minute. This pattern of unprofessionalism and negligence culminated in a disaster with my O-1A visa petition, which was denied on November 24, 2025. The denial was not due to my qualifications, but due to amateur administrative errors by Deel's team. The USCIS denial letter explicitly stated that Deel **forgot to attach critical evidence** to the application. The officer wrote: *"You did not submit that letter with your RFE response"* regarding key testimonial and salary documents that were vital for my case. Furthermore, they contradicted themselves regarding the employer structure, leading to an automatic rejection. I strongly warn other founders against trusting Deel with sensitive immigration processes. Their negligence and lack of respect for deadlines have caused significant damage to my company's expansion plans.

Really fast and easy to setup, my manager gave me access and in a short period of time I was able to receive

Cons:

The UI at first glance seems kinda complex and hard to understand but once you understand it become better

I have changed from companies and I only have used Husky for receiving payments, but Deel have A LOT more features and the time tracking system is the best.

My opinion of Deel

My experience with Deel is mostly positive. Do a withdraw is really easy, the app is easy to use and the sections are well divide and is clear and clean.

Is easy to use, in almost of cases. I have no problem with the withdraw process, is really easy to make a withdraw.

Cons:

The Deel Card management is, for me, poor. In a recent update enhanced the Finance tab, but the Deel Card section have some problems like: Don't save my last Deel Card used, instead show me the card in eur.

Clean interface, possible to use on mobile and desktop, easy to understand and to learn how to use it.

Cons:

I don't like their AI support agent, I prefer softwares that has a dedicate support team. Even if I have to wait in a queue I prefer to talk to a real person

This other product was having some consecutive month delays on my payroll, instabilities on the platform.
