The platform is very user friendly. It's easy to master the various functions.

Cons:

The recommendation algorithm could be improved.

Thanks so much for the comment, glad that you obtain positive benefit from the platform. The algorithm only works as well as the input it receives about the shape of the ideal fit. If you are not getting the accuracy you require it means the inputs of the fit might be too wide. We'd be very happy to sit with the team and provide guidance in this respect.

Role fit is exceptionally easy to understand and use to assign assessments, in our organization, it is critical, to understand our candidates at a higher degree in order for us to make the best fit appointments and rolefit simply makes this possible. We're able to load, track and report with ease using this particular tool.

Cons:

The 3 stage process of creating an assessment.

One-stop shop

We are able to process 3 times more assessments per annum than we were able to in the past. Without RoleFit we would not be able to keep up with the business demand.

That all assessment results live on one platform and ensuring a one-stop-shop candidate experience. Integration with our processes have been relatively smooth.

Cons:

Only (very small) feature we are missing is being able to move an existing role into a different business unit.

Pros:

It offers multiple test providers on one platform, so you have many test choices and everything is online. The user completion progress manager is also very helpful so we know who to chase up with to get the assessments completed.

Cons:

Nothing currently as it seems to have everything we need.
