- The interview scheduler was initially difficult with issues arising occasionally with candidates not being able to log in/join the video interviews, but now it's integrated with Microsoft Teams, it's much easier.
- For example, if I pull applicant/role data, I can only see how many candidates have applied in total once the role is closed and candidates rejected, but I cannot see how many interviews were booked, how many were shortlisted etc throughout the course of the role process.
- The platform is intuitive and helps streamline HR processes, from payroll to benefits administration. While some features can be complex initially, the system’s customization options and strong support make it manageable.
- The mobile app is not enabled to do many things that we ask our team members to do, i.e. updating direct deposit information, and enroll in benefits.
