About TimeClock Plus

TimeClock Plus is a cloud-based workforce management solution designed to make the day-to-day of your organization efficient. TimeClock Plus also offers dynamic scheduling and job costing features that can be configured to an organization’s needs and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

TimeClock Plus enables teams to build export modules designed to make the payroll process easy and efficient. The device options available range from a web application, mobile app, and several physical clocks that can provide safety and accuracy to the workforce.

Though it is not industry-specific, TimeClock Plus offers an array of features for specific industries. This includes several K-12 modules such as a substitute search feature, which allows the system to locate and notify qualified substitutes of teaching opportunities.

Could Be Time, For A Better Time...

This has been a decent product. It does require hovering over employees to make sure that they are consistent and deliberate with their time punches.

It IS very user friendly, and easy to use.

Cons:

It is So frustrating to not be able to make edits to incorrect time punches without being required to submit a service ticket.

Don't mess with all the other time and attendance - just get the best....TCP!

Always willing to help - tries hard to find a way to make TCP work for you and your district. We've been with TCP for right at 15 years - so we've seen the company grow and expand....always striving for excellence for their customers. We consider ourselves part of the Friends and Family group ;o)

Pros:

The ability to export the time and attendance into Ascender. TCP makes it easy to export your time and attendance straight into your payroll system. All of your pay transactions and leave goes into Ascender in seconds....literally.

Cons:

Not always being able to communicate in such a way that a desired outcome is met.....TCP KNOWS their product - but they don't know ours - so it is super important that we are able to understand each other when working on a problem.

Good product, unfortunately doesn't offer payroll integration options

Overall, TCP is a good solution, would probably still be with them if they had the capability of integrating with payroll platforms (like Quickbooks Desktop).

It was affordable and fairly easy to use for staff. Time off requests formatting is great and easy for all involved

Cons:

Does not integrate with Quickbooks and was the primary reason for leaving. Also, seemed like some areas, including setup were not very intuitive and 'overdone.'

TimeClock Plus - good for a small office

TimeClock Plus was easy to set up and use, and we rarely had to call customers service, we could fix many problems on our own, which made things much easier for our office.

TimeClock Plus was a great value for the price, and it was easy for employees to use. It was also easy for us to track hours to enter into our payroll software.

Cons:

We quickly outgrew TimeClock Plus and it could not support our growing practice on its own. We had to purchase another software that could function as a timeclock, as well as process payroll to simplify our process.

The software is easy to use. Their customer Service is fantastic and are very helpful and informative.

Cons:

So far, we have had no issues with the software. Initially we had to get familiar with it being in the cloud and their service schedule, but we have rectified that.

TC+ time to evolve

Overall, the reporting capabilities was great just the managing of the missed punches needs to be at the time an employee clocks in or out needs to notify them immediately to report to their manager to fix the missing punches. In my opinion. Timeclock systems should have evolved to that level by now.

Online use. Customer support was easy to work with. As the payroll admin it was easy to print out reports to send to the managers.

Cons:

Biggest con of it were having to constantly manage missed punches and having to look for the issues daily in order to meet my payroll deadline

Good timekeeping application

I have been working with time clock for about a year now and enjoy using it. I have been able to use some pretty cool features while working with TCP.

I like that it lets HR professionals track timesheets within a company. Timeclock customer service is always there to help when I have any questions.

Cons:

Sometimes it can be difficult to use timeclock. Luckily, customer service is very good about doing everything they can to help me find a solution.

What I like most about TCP is that it meets and in, some cases, exceeds my needs & expectations. The program works great for the flexible shifts, employee information, reporting, etc.

Cons:

The only thing I do not like about TCP is that I cannot drag and drop shifts in the advanced scheduler.

TCP is fast and efficient

Love it. Our Payroll used to take 2 days to finish and we're down to 4 hours using TCP. You can't beat that!

Pros:

The speed and efficiency that we're able to process our Payroll using TCP. The scheduling and accrual functions are great also.

Cons:

Just some little bugs here and there. For example, when you run an export with filters on it and then go back to employee profiles to move on to something else, the filters from your export are still set from the export. Going to a new "section" should reset the filters.
