The platform is intuitive and helps streamline HR processes, from payroll to benefits administration. While some features can be complex initially, the system’s customization options and strong support make it manageable.

The mobile app is not enabled to do many things that we ask our team members to do, i.e. updating direct deposit information, and enroll in benefits.

It has made our HR work much easier by bringing everything into one place — attendance, leave, employee records, approvals, and reports.

The check-in with photo is a little clunky without good feedback like if internet connectivity was a problem or if photo lighting was not good etc.
