A solid mid level learning platform with quick support and a well designed road map for new features

As our primary LMS for TNF retail, Wranx has been a great partner for providing learning and module based topics across product training. We are looking to expand usage and have it be the main source for all things product training across TNF Retail.

Pros:

The quick support, ease of use, and implementation for over 3000 users on our retail side.

Cons:

The confidence based metrics were good in theory but we found them to not be compatible with our learning culture.

Ease of use and training for employees.

Cons:

Not being able to complete all functions on mobile app. Random people able to apply/ confirm access just by confirming their email address. People that are not affiliated with the business.

I love the ease of use when learning about our North Face products. The mobile app is especially helpful when I don't have access to a computer. Intuitive navigation and very fun way to learn.

Cons:

I wish I could take more than three courses at a time.

Pros:

I like that I can send my team to the site and they are able to learn about products we sell. They can tailor their training to what is significant to them.

Cons:

It is a little cumbersome to get figure out the flow of the site. The learning is in one place and the classes another.

Hi Brian, thanks for your review! I believe The North Face use a different platform for classes, they're not hosted by Wranx. But the good news is we are launching learning pathways very soon. So hopefully TNF can then switch and host everything in the Wranx platform so you have a seamless user experience. :)

User friendly. I do like how some questions are a multiple choice option.

Cons:

If I could change it, I would do away with if you knew the answer or not options. Maybe replace them with the multiple choice ones for all. And maybe make some responses obviously wrong or silly.

It's up to your company whether or not they choose to include flashcards, but otherwise we have lots of other question types that can be used too. Multiple choice, as well as some new ones we've launched in the past year which are much more fun and engaging! Very easy to go through the info and take tests. I've found that the repetition has been good for retaining the knowledge.

Cons:

Haven't really come across anything i didn't like.

Relatively easy to navigate. Quizes and material are straightforward and engaging.

Cons:

The text is extremely difficult to read. The font needs to be changed, because its very straining on the eyes.
