easy IOT solutions

1.5 years of experience with Rayven, had been quite enriching, satisfactory and knowledgeable. along with developing of IOT related projects, i have learnt a lot from this software and implemented real-time scenarios.

its a great machine learning platform tool with functionalities to perform all IOT related tasks. the projects involving Internet and autonomous monitoring are very conveniently used and operated through this software.

Cons:

initially, I found difficulty getting used to it, tutorials for how to use it should be made available. once got used, it is the most favorable software.

Powerful adpative analytics & prdictive maintance

As a solution provider, this is the easiest way to custom develop advanced IOT solutions quickly and affordably, without getting IT involved. The team get very involved in making sure the solution we built our customers were providing real value.

Easy white label integration for non-tech users, super flexible, has very easy to use drag and drop tools, so you dont need to get IT involved in building your IOT solution. They also have built in Machine learning models, so no need for a data science team to do smart stuff

Would be great if they had more videos to explain how to use

Incredible for Monitoring Our Critical Medical Storage

For our hospital like Grant Regional,this technology is a force multiplier. It acts as a 24/7 digital guardian for our most sensitive assets, allowing our small staff to be more efficient and, most importantly, ensuring patient safety. It's reliable, straightforward after setup, and worth every penny for the security it provides.

As a critical access hospital in rural Wisconsin,we don't have a massive IT team, but we have zero room for error with things like vaccine storage and blood blank temperatures. Rayven has been a game-changer. We installed sensors on all our critical refrigerators and freezers. The best feature is the immediate alert system-it texts me and my colleague if a temperature drifts even half a degree out of spec. This proactive alert saved us from potentially spoiling thousands of dollars in medication during a recent power fluctuation. The peace of mind for maintaining Joint Commission compliance is also invaluable; the automated audit trails have simplified our reporting tremendously.

Cons:

The initial setup required some careful planning to get all the sensors paired correctly with our Wi-Fi network across different buildings.It wasn't overly difficult, but it did take a dedicated afternoon for our small team to get everything mapped and labeled perfectly in the dashboard.

If you’re in manufacturing or logistics and want to move faster without overhauling your tech, Rayven is 100% worth trying.

Rayven made it possible for us to automate and connect systems we thought were too outdated to work with anything new. We have legacy equipment on the shop floor, and getting real-time data from those machines used to be a headache. With Rayven, we were able to build live dashboards and workflows in just a few days — and without writing much code. I also liked how you could switch to full code when you needed more control. That flexibility is huge

Cons:

Getting everything set up the first time took a bit of a learning curve. It’s not difficult once you get the hang of it, but there were moments early on where we needed support to guide us through the process. More onboarding tutorials would help.

Rayven's real-time analytics and AI engine are incredible. It allows us to dynamically personalise our website for each visitor. We've seen a huge uplift by showing customers product recommendations based on their real-time browsing behaviour, not just past purchases. It's like having a digital personal shopper for every single customer. The ability to trigger special offer when a user hesitates on a product page has significantly reduced our abandoned cart rate.

Cons:

It took our marketing team a good few weeks to feel truly comfortable building and deploying complex workflows without assistance from the support team. The pricing is also an investment, making it better suited for established brands rather than startups.

The loT sensors integration works beautifully for tracking soil moisture, weather condition and crop health. Rayven's visual analytics help us to identify yield risks before they become losses. The mobile app is handy when out in the fields.

Cons:

Sometimes the mobile app lags when offline; sync issues happen in remote areas. Also battery powered sensors need frequent maintenance. Not truly a Rayven issue, but impacts the experience.

Cons:

Cons:

Cons:
