Would love to work in litify, it is one of the best case management tool for law firms. Can have multiple integrations.

Pros:

Very easy to use, has a lot of useful Salesforce customisations which cater to all law firm needs. With docrio you can manage the documents easily.

Cons:

Nothing as such. Learning curve will take time as there are alot of functionalities and automations.

So much promise

I like the organization of Litify, It's flexible as far as who can see/have access to what. I think speed could be a lot better and the capability to drag and drop documents within Litify (i.e. into the fax section or into another matter) as well as outside onto my desktop or an email.

Pros:

It's very easy to use and collaborate with others on the case. The learning curve is fantastic for quick accurate training. The layout is pretty clear and leave little room for guessing.

Cons:

The speed of the website seems as though everything is on a set of servers that are running out of space. Things are definitely slower than when I started a couple years ago. The colaboration with Banjax is the worst part becuase I can't tell if the document actually sent or if it just started processing.

Litify Overview

We have had a good experience. The integration was very difficult but that was not due to Litify but was due to the organization that provided the integration services. The Litify rep that we have has gone above and beyond to help us. We are working with another support organization and things are looking much better. We are very much looking forward to 2026 and the new customizations that will make us even more efficient.

Pros:

It is a powerful tool that can be customized. The case management/client management part of the software is very good and allows for the entire case to be organized through one system. The chat feature and task management enables teams to collaborate and always have the same information at their fingertips. Our customer service representatives and the customer support reps are top notch. Always willing to help and quick to respond.

Cons:

Too much of the system must be customized especially when it comes to integration with other software such as Accounting Seed and NetDocs.

Reasons for switching to Litify

CenterBase was slow and did not provide options that were needed. Also, their customer support was not good.

Effective Program

For the most part it has made case management more efficient. Document production, editing, converting and sharing are all very easy and something that I use very frequently and Litify makes that process seamless and quick.

It is user friendly and easy to navigate. I like that downloading files and sharing them with others internally and externally because it is convenient.

Cons:

When there is an update or roll-out, other non updated features usually experience glitches or error messages.

Not a fan

I'm not a fan. I think the product is too cumbersome. It slows me down. I don't find it particularly user friendly.

The searching capability is the best part of the program. I can find what I need relatively easily.

Cons:

It takes too many steps to accomplish anything. Additionally, the cost is way out of line for our needs.

It makes organizing my client's files and current cases easy. There is a place for most of the important information to be easily filed and viewed. It also makes having a process easy to implement.

Cons:

It could be more customizable for each business' and department's needs or views. Data migration could also be smoother, especially between programs.

Great Program

Litify has been an excellent tool for case management and easy client control. File sharing and document management are easily accessible when working with a big team on the same assignment.

The ease of case management. Being able to see who on the team is working on the case. I enjoyed organizing a case, from discovery deadlines to contact information.

Cons:

The info score and the lack of clarity about what affects it. It is definitely a learning curve, but once the score is up, it is very rewarding.

Pros:

I love the ease of use as well as the modular building you can do. It's a great software with many things that help with streamlining case work.

Cons:

The thing that always gets me is that not everything from Salesforce works through Litify. I was so used to SF that not being able to use some of the tried and true features in Litify was tough.

Litify offered more features we wanted. The only thing that Merus has over Litify is the direct connection to eams.

Easy to use, save and edit documents. Makes case management easy! I love how you can update a file to a new version to save on deleting older versions and/or having several versions in the file.

Cons:

The overall look of Litify looks complicated however once you learn where each tab/option is, it is very easy to utilize.

We made the switch for a more user friendly option.
