Cons:

Some of the content is outdated and needs to be updated to current laws and or statutory language.

Pros:

US Legal Forms saves me and my assistant a lot of time by providing legal forms what we know have been acceptable in our jurisdiction. The forms serve as models and to make sure we did not skip something important.

Cons:

Although we can usually find what we want, from time to time we come up empty in our search. Generally, we can find a form from another judisdiction.

Most often US Legal forms has what I need, or they have something to get me off to a good start!

Cons:

Sometimes the titles to documents aren't intuitive or what they are called in different situations. Such as a buy-sell agreement vs a cross purchase agreement.

I am an independent paralegal and, as such, am not allowed to create my own forms. I use US Legal Forms on a near-daily basis and appreciate the service tremendously!

Cons:

I don't care for the forms that won't allow me to edit ALL fields. I understand there are things that must be worded in a particular way, however, there seem to be a lot of unnecessary restrictions.
