Firmwater LMS vs Paylocity: Which is best for you?

Our learners find it intuitive, and as admins, we appreciate how efficiently we can manage courses, track progress, and support users.

We probably did not use the product to it's full potential so it is hard to pick a bad point, I would say if there was a way we could give clients the ability to do their own checks.

The platform is intuitive and helps streamline HR processes, from payroll to benefits administration. While some features can be complex initially, the system’s customization options and strong support make it manageable.

The mobile app is not enabled to do many things that we ask our team members to do, i.e. updating direct deposit information, and enroll in benefits.
