Key features include applicant tracking/recruiting, candidate sourcing, onboarding, performance review, goal management, career, succession planning and compensation management.
The talent acquisition functionality includes “Talent Scout”, which leverages artificial intelligence to search for prospects and candidates from a pool of applicant resumes. The product also features social media integration, which enables users to post jobs on social media accounts.
Technomedia offers performance management, which allows users to implement a rating system for competency score, capture feedback from team members, indirect managers and external parties and accumulate learning and training performance form LMS module. Users can also tie compensation to performance ratings and scores.
The LMS functionality includes certification and compliance management, content authoring, extended enterprise, virtual classroom, social learning, mobile learning and course library.
