The ease of use for the Learner. It is not a complex system to navigate.

Cons:

SCORM file upload- need a mass upload option.

Reasons for switching to UpsideLMS

Needed a partner that could bring on Bizlibrary. Also, it was a corporate change.

Pros:

Versatile, skin-able, a SaaS solution and has a robust API so can integrate with our client's HR systems. It offers mobile compatibility and can be used offline. It can be used in a variety of circumstances, on demand mobile, Instructor Lead Training and many others

Cons:

It would be lovely if there were a built in editor to create courses with, but that can easily be achieved with a variety of SCORM compliant products such as Captivate, Articulate etc.

Pros:

User experience (superb UI), Ease of managing LMS from Admin perspective. Good set of features to hook end user with LMS.

Cons:

Although ILT module is very comprehensive, however given the configurations available, it's but time consuming. Would suggest to enhance for quick setup.
