Measuring your performance in an analytical way

In general I have had good experience although I would like them to optimize the data transfer to have fewer errors and not have to verify manually.

Pros:

What I like the most about the platform is the breakdown it provides, giving you not only general but also specific data on each date and each post, facilitating the analysis through filters that allow you to focus on the relevant points to have a more efficient report

Cons:

What I like the least is the date limit that it imposes on you, not allowing you to see beyond three months ago. It also has some data errors on the metrics so sometimes you have to check manually.

The TOP tool for your social media

The overall experience is remarkably positive. I recommend using the tool to work on the interface itself. However, it is not highly recommended for reporting with other external tools.

Automated reporting and scheduling of social media content is a huge time saver. You can concentrate all your work on a single platform.

Cons:

The cost may be high but it is good value for money. Data Studio connectors fail on some metrics.

Reasons for switching to Metricool

Zoho combines the power of CRM with social media automation, but you can tell it's not its core business.

Disappointing tool !

Metricool is intituive and simple to use. and pricing is okay.

Cons:

unfortunetaly, metricool does'nt hold its promise. Only standard post are supported. caroussel, stories, reel or any video format are not supported at this point. this is a deal breaker. plus customer support doesn't reimburse if you are not happy with the product. deal breaker too.

Regarding the product objection about Instagram formats, I would like to comment that you can publish posts in the feed and carousels automatically. Stories and reels can be scheduled and published via push notification. This restriction is due to Instagram's API, which does not yet allow authorized tools to publish this type of content directly. We are an authorized tool so we do not put our customers at risk by including features that violate the terms of use of the social network itself. As soon as Instagram opens this option for developers we will include it.

Very good software for the money

I think it is the best platform ever to manage the social media accounts. All in one place and very easy to use. I am very very satisfied.

Its reporting generation feature. Saved me tons of time

Cons:

Because their system count its quota interms of 'brands', so can be limited when a client have multiple fb pages, or multiple IG accounts. Each extra Fb page counts as 1 new 'Brand', so it can get pricey quickly.

Good social media management for low budgets but not performance

Overall, I'm really satisfied that I get all of this for free. If I had a higher budget though I would probably go elsewhere for more features.

I love that it's free most of all. I'm surprised at how many features they allow on this tier. The analytics are pretty on par with other softwares

Cons:

It doesn't allow you to post on all platforms for the free tier, just the mainstream ones. They also have a cap on how many posts you can schedule. It also forces instagram accounts to be business ones otherwise they're ineligible

Transform my social media strategy

One highlight is its ability to manage multiple social networks from one place. This has greatly simplified my work, as I can manage all my accounts in a grouped way and thus I can monitor their performance effectively.

Pros:

I really liked it because it is easy to use and how complete its set of tools is, since I started using it, I was surprised how intuitive this platform is. I was able to schedule my social media posts quickly and easily which has saved me a lot of time and with the data analytics feature it's awesome. It gives me detailed information about how my posts are performing, how my followers have engaged with them, and the best times to post. This data has helped me make informed decisions and improve my social media strategy.

Cons:

To be honest, what I liked the least is that some advanced features are only available on paid plans. As a free user, I ran into some limitations in terms of access to more detailed metrics and more advanced scheduling capabilities.

Metricool: An awesome dashboard for your KPI's

I don't get a 5 stars just because Metricool will be a dramatic tool if they have an app! Just imagine watch everything you see in desktop in your hand...

Pros:

Metricool gets better everyday... First at all, is an excellent system where you can see, at real time, all your social media data and their KPI's. Second, it has a module where you can see your competitors (benchmarking) and their results. We use this tool to make our montlhy reports to our clients!

Cons:

It's not to hard to use, but, if you don't have any experiencie and don't get well done the first onboarding, maybe you will get lose and most important, don't get real (and usefully) data

Metricool is one step further in analytics tools

In general, Metricool is a very good tool because it allows you to obtain precise and concise analytics in real time of your brand and the competition. Depending on the plan you have, you can add the brands you have and connect with the different media you have. It gives you an automatically generated report that no tool does, this makes it very special to me.

Metricool is a tool that offers you easy operation. It allows you to carry out very deep analyzes of your competition, which will help you organize a better digital strategy for your next campaign. In addition, it allows you to connect with all the channels you have in your brand. Additionally, you can schedule content for different dates.

A veces, tiende a dejar gráficos cuando das un clic a una estadística. Cuando programas, algunas veces me ocurrió que en LinkedIn la publicación solo aparecía con la descripción y no con la imagen.

Pros:

The ability to schedule my posts allowed me to save time and maintain a constant presence on my social media. Being able to plan and automate my content in advance was a real lifesaver for me.

Cons:

While the interface is generally intuitive, I've sometimes found it difficult to navigate and find certain features. Although it is not a serious problem, it would be nice to have a more detailed guide or a more complete tutorial to quickly familiarize myself with all the features of the tool.
