Good SEO tool for the German market

I quite liked XOVI for German SEO, but would not recommend it for other languages. The best feature is the reporting tool, so if you are looking for an SEO tool to give you regular, meaningful, well-layouted pdf reports, give XOVI a try!

Pros:

Their reporting function is more powerful than anything I have seen anywhere else. You can set up EVERYTHING and get beautiful PDF reports. You can really specify to a T what you want in that report.

Cons:

I switched to another tool because I needed to work with Google UK and US, and their keyword database was not sufficient to do meaningful keyword research for that.

A "German Version" of better Products like Ahrefs - Skip it

I use it now and again at work because it's sadly what we already have. Nevertheless, I avoid it and am actively working to switch us over to ahrefs which offers far more functionality.

It covers all the SEO basics like any digital marketing tool should.

Cons:

-Poor localization in English -Limited data compared to Ahrefs, Majestic, SemRush -Doesn't really excel in one area -Not better than the standard tools, basically a "German version" of better products. -More SEO focused and less on general digital marketing

The Costs Far Exceed Whats Advertised in Loss of Billable Labor Hours

Over all experience is very poor, The company is very disrespectful and doesn't care about their customers. As a customer you are completely meaningless to them and they don't care if you buy or don't buy or experience issues. No upgrades and they will not answer any type of support through any channel, for any reason. Waste of time and money to very undeserving company!

Seemed to generate some good Ideas for Content. Helped Fill in a few keyword gaps

Cons:

Messy User Interface Very Bad UX and General Navigation You Lose a lot of money in labor due to no support XOVI NOW Absolutely will not answer a support ticket or Email Support Request XOVI NOW Will not let you Upgrade your Service Level
