The ability to use QR codes, texting to give via a link, website donor buttons, etc., all make giving convenient for our donors.

The only negative that I have is that it was a little difficult for me (an analog type of guy) to get things set up.

This means it lacks the complex perk fulfillment systems, tiered reward structures, community update features, and "stretch goal" functionalities that are necessary for a large-scale, interactive campaign.
