- I also appreciate the flexibility to customize registration paths and reporting, which helps tailor the experience to different types of events and attendees.
- Some features are available but not fully updated / meet the performance levels as they used to be before they were "updated", so it makes it hard to have a consistent structure and process.
- Not only is the product everything they promised during the sales process, but they regularly add and improve features, as well as taking into account customer requests for additions. And unlike other third-party products we use/have used, they don't have a premium tier or try to upsell you on buying more features - as far as I know, everything they offer is available to everyone who is their customer.
- I didn't know about Zapier, Map Dynamics, and other programs I would need to integrate and hadn't budgeted for them.
