I am using Passbolt for almost a year and I have to admit it is a solid solution for sharing access data across users. The whole system is reliable, intuitive, and easy to use. Passwords may be shared by groups (teams, job types, departments, etc.) or individually and either way is customizable. Additionally, pricing is pretty low for such an application.However, the biggest disadvantage is the lack of cards, notes, addresses, pins, etc. support. Only password credentials can be stored in Passbolt. Adding such a feature would be a great improvement to the app. In addition, everything is simple (which can be a plus), sometimes resulting in an unpleasant feeling of cheapness and poor quality. All in all, Passbolt is a reliable piece of code aimed at business customers. At a relatively low price, it fulfills its purpose - secure password sharing. Adding more functionality (which is often already available from competitors) would make it more competitive and could now be an important step in development. I recommend the Passbolt if you have limited funds and don't need the more complex functions.

Passbolt is relatively new for us, but the way it can act both proactively and prompt free help us satisfying all users needs, from advanced to low it background one's, and help us avoid rejection on password manager use.
