Toothclick is very user-friendly and we can use this on mobile too. Customer support is very good

Sometimes QR scan will not work. It also requires high speed internet to work on

I like it. Affordable, easy to use software for me as compared to other software I used earlier.

Pros:

Easy invoice editing, generation has been the most important. Custom pricing for clients is another really important feature for me.

Cons:

Software lags dark mode, sometimes I feel uneasy with too much of bright colors as I have to work for long.

Quick to launch, scan multiple job sheet using QR codes

Cons:

Sometime it takes time scan QR code and create delay, something due to bad internet it stops scanning

Pros:

Toothclick's activity tracking, statistics and invoice creation has helped us to be more organized and efficient.

Cons:

The guide isn't as effective as it should be, support should make the guide more comprehensive to make onboarding much easier.

I enjoy how easy to use the Workflow Management is on toothclick, Toothclick as a whole has great user interface, doesn't lag and ensures efficiency for us.

Cons:

It's a perfect tool and i haven't gotten any errors while using it.

Pros:

Mobile frindly access and availablity of data in pocket is very crital for my use case

Cons:

Thier case maching maching mechanishm is little laggy, and required good computer or mobile speed. I hope they will address the issue soon.

Superb easy lab app

Toothclick app made my work easier. I track all the cases in lab from dashboard page and thus helps me in resolving client's queries quicker.
