Pros:

Orion is great because it does a phenomenal job of capturing loads of data and then giving us the tools to run reports and queries to get the data that we are looking for. It allows us to get the information that helps us in our decision making process.

Cons:

There is a lot of different applications within the software and each one has its own features and a lot of capabilityt to it. It's not so much a con, but it just takes an immense amount of dedicated time to understand how the different applications work. This is a must before it can be used efficiently and effectively, so does require a significant time requirement.

Pros:

The conversion process went well--knowledgeable team of professionals with great suggestions. Quick response time with support once we were "live". Still continuing to learn the software--many features we haven't tapped into in the past year. Hope to do so soon.

Cons:

Some of the functions are not in the instruction manuals so I end up having to contact support when I'd prefer to do it myself with instructions.

Orion is a well-rounded law firm financial service.

Overall, Orion has met all our needs. We were looking to transition to a robust software package and we have found that to be satisfactory in the Orion package.

Pros:

I love Orion's ease of navigation and their fantastic customer support.

Cons:

I'm not happy about the newest e-Orion bill pay option. It appears we are unable to charge the clients for credit charge surcharges anymore.

Orion is easy to use. It allows multiple users to enter time spent in several matters. It has easy edit options and makes running reports a breeze.

Pros:

Ease of use and integration with other programs. I like the capability to edit entries on a group level.

Cons:

I wish I was able to run my own custom reports. It would also be nice if the app worked on android devices.
